Paris Hilton prepares for new reality show on MTV

Young Hollywood’s reigning princess is gearing up for a new dose of reality. Paris Hilton’s second foray into unscripted television is expected to be announced this week, with a show to air on MTV chronicling her search for a new best friend. It’s a follow-up to The Simple Life, which aired on E! for five seasons and also featured on-and-off best friend Nicole Richie. Says a source familiar with the series: “She’s looking for a full-time companion because it’s hard for Paris, she can’t trust too many people.” And simply getting another dog won’t do. “She’s got a kennel’s worth already!”
