wow! Jason’s fans are starting to seem crazy!

  • tj

Jason should have been gone along time ago. Every song sounds the same. Really bad. Boring, boring…..

  • Katherine

    Free Jason! Send him home!

  • Ilene Cranmer

You should be ashamed of yourself. It’s obvious you have an agenda, just like the producers of AI. Try telling the whole story next time!! Jason’s fans love him. Stop trying to spin your story in a bad light. Shame on you!

  • Rose

He knows the judges are biased against him and the producers will send him home, so I can see why he doesn’t care. The judges are too busy praising Cook for every performance in a row that sounds the same.
I don’t blame him at all!

  • Jane

    This “article” is complete BS.

  • Tamryn

I, for one, am really getting tired of Jason’s fans screaming conspiracy over everything. Jason himself made these comments to EW’s reporter. You can’t blame American Idol for it.

  • I Love Jason

and I don’t believe a word of this bs. What exactly is the point of putting this out NOW? This doesn’t sound like Jason at all, and the fact that he was so obviously happy at being safe last night gives the lie to this ridiculous attempt at character assassination.

  • Elliot Schehr

Aside from everything else, Jason is the biggest no talent this year on AI. If this was truly a singing contest and not a popularity contest, he would have been gone long ago. He should have been booted off before the Cook girl.

  • Gretchen

He’s horrible. He deserves to get voted off now. Ugh. What a waste of a spot for someone who WANTS to be there!

  • Marc

EW doesn’t need to run a smear campaign. The public just needs to start realizing that Jason is nothing more than a campfire, sing-along artist. He should have gone home a long time ago…

  • castrofied

eliot… you either ‘get’ jason or you don’t. he doesn’t need to have a power vocal to appeal to a large audience. he’s very talented. but i agree with katherine – FREE JASON!

I call BS, and I’m not even a Jason fan. But I’m pretty sure contestants aren’t allowed to speak to reporters until AFTER the show. And why wait three days to break the story if she spoke to him on Monday? This story has more holes than Swiss Cheese, if you’ll pardon the cliche.

  • Pete

I’m not a Jason fan or a fan of Idol, but I have to say…DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ” Real nice trying to break this young man’s spirit and the spirit of his fans.

  • To Avalon

You really can’t believe that Jason would say these things, can you? His comments disgust you?? C’mon, you can’t be so gullible that you believe he would be that stupid to say those things maliciously. He’s been nothing but classy since his start on AI and this article was written totally out of context. Both you and Mandi Bierly, the inexcusable writer of this article, must be David A fans.
