I am glad he realized his whiny character was getting really annoying, especialy when the rest of the cast was so good. Let’s hope he can pull off what he said.
I can see from the video why his reps were so concerned about his Heroes character being gay.
Craig, I was thinking exactly the same thing. He’s adorable, but no way the handlers can keep something so obvious under wraps for too long, regardless of how many trainers they hire . . .
Nice interview. It’s shocking that irresponsible journalists can twist a statement like that (the Milo/Hayden reference). I recall being very unimpressed with him when I heard that comment (it seemed very unprofessional), but this clears it up. Looking forward to season 2.
Wow, he looks really cute with that hair =) I hope he cut his hair for season 2 because what he had for season 1 was blech.
But was he having a cold or something? I don’t imagine my John Connors with that voice =/
Uh, yeah, Craig, I came in here to basically make the same point. “Me thinks the lady doth protest too much.”
He looks fine.
Yeah, wow… I um, don’t know what to say other than Gay Zach is back and smoking about 14 packs a day. I seriously almost did a spit take when he said he wasn’t sporty.
You guys have got to have better stuff to do with your time than postulate over whether an oft-reportedly heterosexual actor is gay. I mean, honestly.
Ryan, it’s not a matter of postulating, speculating, wondering, or guessing. The lack of heterosexuality (oft-reported or not) on display in that interview is undeniable. It’s not a bad thing — I still think he’s adorable — but after the kerfuffle over his “Heroes” character, it’s pretty noteworthy. (Oh, and you’re cute too, Ausiello — welcome aboard at EW)
It’s pretty friggen disrespectful is all I’m saying. People are entitled to common human decency against such speculation, whether they are famous or not.
Mind you, I’m not crusading for this guy, but honestly.
Would you ever consider posting transcripts of the videos- I can’t do audio at work.
omg he has a horrible voice. He sounds like he smokes 5 packs a day
He’s a cute kid. Glad to see he dosen’t seem to take the whole celeb thing too seriously.
