Forget the N-word. If you really want to see Elisabeth Hasselbeck cry, try uttering the R-word — especially in this next context. Read the full post.

With all the depressing news day after day we could use Rosie!! Shes funny and is very vocal which we need!! shes real, honest and open!!

  • Buffy

I love Rosie O’Donnel and I’d probably watch anything with her.

  • Loop

Oh dear CHRIST please let this thing die before it gets going. Can you find a more irrelevant celebrity than Rosie O’ Donnell?!!! Hey Rosie you one trick pony, your shtick was great in the 90′s but once you opened that yap of yours to discuss real world issues you were done. NOBODY CARES WHAT YOU THINK!!! NO GO CRAM A QUIZNOS INTO THAT HOLE AND GO THE HELL AWAY!!!

  • Ry

I pray that this happens! I love Rosie and need her back on my TV set ASAP.

  • pink

WE NEED FUNNY ON TV – TOO MUCH SERIOUS TALK ESPECIALLY ON THE VIEW – BORING!
ROSIE WOULD BE A WELCOME ADDITION TO PRIME TIME TV – KEEPING US LAUGHING AND GIVING GREAT INTERVIEWS – WASTE NO TIME NBC – SIGN CONTRACT QUICK!

  • Ron

Oh yeah, just what america needs, a fat, ugly, lesbo, spouting off her left winged, communist, libereal viewpoint. She is an insualt to human beings, so petty, argumentive, where do you get funny? If, she wouldn’t spout her political views, maybe, somewhat, but, not when she insults any guests that have a differing viewpoint from her radical, left wing leanings. I will never watch her, no matter who her guests are. Period! When she ambushed Tom Selleck, that was it for me and he was a gentleman too.

  • Anonymous

Please no! I got so tired of Rosie when she was on the view, any more of her is just too much! I would never watch that show!

  • Chris

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES COME BACK TO TV!

  • Laurie Eileen

I hope this is true! Her old show was awesome, and this would be right up her alley. I love Rosie and her caring, giving heart. I for one, am keeping my fingers crossed.

  • Michael H.

To the Rosie haters: DON’T WATCH! It really is that simple – obviously there are millions of people who DO like to watch her or she wouldn’t be getting these offers. I’m wondering if she gets a variety show, will that kill her project with Fran Drescher?

  • Donald -CT

AWESOME!!! I can’t wait for this to happen…It’s a lot better than those Ozzy people doing theirs. ROSIE…you still have fans and we can’t wait too soo you on the small screen again!!!! Michael – Keep us abreast on the situation!!!

  • Bobbi

If she gets the show and you don’t want to see her on your TV, don’t turn on the channel! Such an easy solution!
My feelings about Rosie are so mixed. I’ve always enjoyed her as a performer but her stridency and browbeating style of debate are obnoxious and truly uncomfortable to watch. From Tom Selleck to Bill O’Reilly to Elisabeth Hasselbeck….it doesn’t matter. She can’t treat anyone with a different opinion than hers with any respect. She can’t even listen to another opinion! And heaven forbid if you’re supposed to be a friend! Then you MUST defend every action she takes and word she utters. She went after Elisabeth publicly and Barbara privately because they didn’t. She rails against celebrity but constantly seeks it out. As talented as she is, she’s also disturbed in many ways. If she gets this show, wonder what will cause her to blow up and walk away this time? Don’t think I’ll watch and find out this time. I’ve had enough of Rosie.

  • Angie

Exciting news! Rosie is fantastic and I will watch whatever she does on TV. Suck it, Elisabeth Hasslebeck! Ausiello, I bet you’re horrified by how mean the commenters are here, as compared with tvguide.com, huh? What a bunch of jerks.

  • david

I may not always agree with everything she says, but I’d much rather see Rosie in a primetime show than that awful, boring, Jay Leno!!!

  • Leslie

Love Rosie – anything she does w/NBC will be a hit. If it has something to do with dancing/singing a la Broadway it will be a juggernaut for the struggling Peacock network. GO ROSIE!!!
