'Fringe' debuts to decent ratings while '90210' tanks

    Fringe was the best show I`ve seen in years!It kept my attention which lately is hard for a tv show to do.It`s about time they had a show like this+not a stupid reality show,survivor(which I`ve never watched,it`s so lame)or Hole in the Wall.We need more shows like Fringe!I may even buy a new television.

    Fringe was good. Granted, is played out a little too close to X-Files, with slightly less interested characters — for now. Still, it was the first episode and we (I) cannot expect characters to be fully fleshed out yet. I think it might be nice for them to tone down the conspiracy theory bit making it a FULL rip-off of X-Files and make the show a more transhumanist conflict thing (which has not been down on TV yet) it would have more of its own unique flavor.
    Will I keep watching? Definately. I already have my TiVo set to record a season pass. As long at Fox doesn’t start thinking this show can directly compete with the Heroes or the eventual Lost timeslots, I think they can make a reasonaly good run of it.

    Fringe was great for about 12 1/2 minutes. There was absolutely nothing to hold on to to make me want to watch another episode. B O R I N G !!!

    I watched the first episode of 90210 and I am a huge Tori Spelling fan and it just isn’t the same if she isn’t apart of her father’s legacy. I’ll stick with Gossip Girl

    I have given “Fringe” enough time to impress me but I just hate it. It’s too goofy for me.
    Since I was never a fan of 90210 in the 80′s I’m starting fresh without comparisons. I really like this show and hope it stays on. I also enjoy “Privleged” following “90210″. It’s a great way to spend the evening.
