David Archuleta signs with Azoff Management

19E doesn’t have a proven track record? Uh….Carrie Underwood. Uh…..Chris Daughtry. At this point in time, they are definitely more talented than David Archuleta. David may prove himself in the future, but as of today, he has not.

If 19E is so smart, why didn’t they sign Jennifer Hudson? You Know, the OSCAR winner? Win some, lose some, and losing David Archuleta reflects badly on THEM… he is the winner…

Could that be why Simon did that flip flop? When Crush first came out Simon said David was going to sell a lot of records. Later when he was interviewed in Utah, he said we would just have to wait to see if he was going to be successful and then gave that very rude middle finger sratch. Could it be that 19 passed without relizing just how marketable David is? Or, like someone already said, did the Archuletas pass on 19? No comment? Yeah, to busy eating crow?

Jared, the negativity from this “soundscene” imposter continues to rain on Archuleta articles because he/she cannot get past the reality that Archuleta is a truly gifted singer that deserves the best of opportunities in the music business.
The original “soundscene” that everyone respects in the blog world would never speak about any artist in this manner – especially David Archuleta.

Domi – You are not offering opposing statements – it appears you have come here, dredging up scurrilous and unproven gossip and innuendo in an attempt to start unnecessary drama. Your tone from the outset was confrontational and defensive, not constructive, or anything that would lead to civil discourse. All I will say is time will tell who will triumph in this matter. It’s a done deal, and nothing you, me or anyone else can say in this forum will change than. David’s destiny lies in a power FAR greater than that of a mere record company anyway – and that power seems to doing one heck of a job taking care of him…. that’s who will have the ultimate say. I can deal with that – can you?

Uh, soundscene, there you go again, telling misinformation. If 19E’s only reason to sign Archuleta was on success, they would have leaped. His single is “the highest single” debut since 1997. His Billboard #2 first week rating surpassed “any” Idol thus far. His single has been phenomonal. Now, now. So, if you question why 19E did not sign DAvid, I think we all should remember that David Archuleta has alot of say in this too. And I’m sure they all have discussed what was best for David’s future. Why do you have to comment here if you truly hate and have immature jealousy for Archuleta? Grow up & just skip this post here. This article wasn’t meant to cut 19E or Archuleta. Some people choose to live life in a negative, blaming aura. Others choose to enjoy life, and be FREE!

OMG. I seriously can’t believe that some of the people commenting here are impersonating well known Archie fans. How pathetic. If you hate David, why pay so much attention to everything about him? Well, I suppose it feels better to continue to pick on David (just as you guys did during the AI season) than to talk about how much Light On sucks and how it is falling like a rock on itunes.
