In its new time slot (Friday at 10 p.m., previously occupied by Life), NBC’s Lipstick Jungle reached only 3.2 million viewers–a 25 percent decrease in audience since its last new episode on Wednesday, Oct. 22. The struggling drama could fare better this week, when the nationwide runway show that is Halloween won’t conflict with the one proferred by Brooke Shields (pictured with Andrew McCarthy and Kim Raver) and Co. Meanwhile, NBC’s new series Crusoe continued to lose its audience–it averaged 4.2 million viewers, down 33 percent from last week and down 42 percent from its Oct. 20 premiere. CBS was Friday night’s winner, pulling in strong numbers from Ghost Whisperer (9.4 million viewers), a rerun of NCIS (the night’s most-watched program, with 11.2 million), and Numb3rs (10.6 million, up 14 percent from last week).
