Big Mac’s under attack from Coach Fox!

Craig T. Nelson is joining CSI: NY for a three-episode arc, a CBS spokesperson confirms. He’ll play Robert Parker, an extremely powerful publishing magnate and a nemesis to Gary Sinise’s Mac Taylor.

He’s also rumored to be the real father of Lindsay’s unborn baby, but I have yet to verify that. One possible reason: I just made that up to see if anyone was paying attention.

HA! this is why we love you LOL. I actually snorted a laugh when I read that last paragraph.

    “magnate”

  • Maia

lol! don’t worry we “always” pay attention! :)

You DO have a way with words. We also read every one of them. Good to see C.T. Nelson on the tube again he is a good actor. Even if he is going to give our guy Taylor a bad time.

Not being a fan of the whole Danny/Lindsay ship… can I please dream that your rumour is true?

  • dee

Oh Michael you are funny, nice try. However us Danny/Lindsay fans are still in a fog of happiness from the last episode, and spoilers for the next.

  • Kevin

I’m surprised they’re using that name for the character, since there’s an author named “Robert B. Parker” that I’m a big fan of.

I’m looking forward to seeing “Coach” on the show .. almost gave me a heart attack though about Lindsay’s baby daddy (LOL)

  • pa0116

The baby daddy quip is hilarious, and actually more plausable than Danny being the father. Hell, at this point it’d be more believable if Mac was the father instead of Danny.

  • Jaime

PA0116. Talk about denial!!. Your constant digs at D/L and its fans is getting old. Have you made it your personal mission, to post on every board/spoiler site, about how much you hate D/L and how fangirlish their fans are? Your entitled to an opinion I know, but of late I have not been seeing it as stating an opinion, but more as a way of insulting D/L fans.
And I think Ausiello added that bit in there, because he assumes that most fans(ones reading his column anyways) are not really interested in NY news unless its D/L related.

Oh boy. So everyone is more believable than Danny? Although there is something going on between Danny and Lindsay since they met for the first time? Although they’re together? Although they have feelings for each other? Am I maybe watching a different show? I don’t think so. Danny and Lindsay are going to have a baby. That’s fact. And NO, it’s not Mac’s baby or anyone else’s baby.
About the article itself. Another story arch. That’s interesting. I’m looking forward to it!

Just saw the first ep with Lindsey last night (I’m late on the CSI:NY train!!). It was SOOOOO obvious that they were going to hook up. But, it seems Danny is getting less attractive as the seasons go on…anyone else notice??!

  • hilla

thanks for the news! what about stella?

  • Toria

Frankly the only reason I even view CSI NY is to enjoy Gary Sinise. None of the other actors in this series can hold a candle to him. When the show veers off on the other actors personal lives I lower the sound and wait for better minutes of Mac Taylor. Thank heavens the show has him in contract until 2011. After that, if Sinise doesn’t sign for a longer term this show is finished. Sorry Danny boy, Lindsay and Stella, but you’re nothing without Mac.
