Fans of the The Biggest Loser just gained something good: More editions of the show! NBC is picking up two additional cycles of NBC’s popular weight-loss reality series that will air during the 2009-10 season; the first is slated for the fall. The Biggest Loser‘s seventh edition launched earlier this month.
