This has been a big week for The Big Bang Theory‘s nerd herd. First, they score their best ratings ever, and now they’re getting to rub elbows with frakkin’ Summer Glau!
The Sarah Connor Chronicles siren will play herself in the March 9 episode, the set-up of which already has me ROFWLing: A train trip to San Francisco takes a major detour when Leonard, Sheldon, Wolowitz, and Raj discover that their favorite sci-fi actress in all the land is on board. But the fanboy frenzy quickly gives way to a heated mass debate (tee-hee) when they realize one of them will have to approach her — but who?
It’s not too difficult to figure out how this cheeky cross-over came about, provided you know this little detail: The Big Bang Theory and Sarah Connor Chronicles (which returns this Friday) are both produced by Warner Bros.
This is what we in the TV biz refer to as extremely positive synergy.
I think Raj will have to get drunk and talk to her.

The other funny part is that they used to be in the same time slot, and there were a few Sarah Connor references on Big Bang Theory.
Now with Sarah Connor moving to Friday, it’s even better.
Still can’t believe they cancelled The Class for this piece of dogpoo. Watch The Office or 30 Rock for real comedy. HIMYM aint half bad either – For CBS that is.

This is the show I look forward to seeing on Monday nights! It is much better than anything after it, and keeps getting better. Jim Parsons is great, and the other actors are perfect in their roles also. Add this to 30 ROCK and NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE and you have three of the funniest shows on television this year.

What fun! This set up should be hilarious. BTW, “Thisshowbites,” much as I enjoyed The Class, BBT is by far one of the most consistently funny shows on TV right now.
