Yawn. Yawn. Thank goodness for DVR fast forwarding.
Adam is STILL my favorite. that boy has AMAZING vocal cords.. check out an Adam Fansite here: http://www.adamlambertfans.webs.com
What the heck happened to Carly?? And why do two has-been/never was’s get so much attention. Was not a great duet. Neither is a successful recording artist. Like leftoevrs from a talent show.
hi i loved your song on american idol
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
loved you
Yeah, I was dying to see those two perform that crappy old annoying song again. Maybe they should do an orignal song, isn’t that the point when you’re done with Idol you do your own songs. I can’t remember any other former contestant coming back on the show to sing a cover song.
And speaking of pimping, Slezak continues his freakish love of Michael and Carly. Here’s my take. The duet, when they sung separately, was serviceable. Michael had his usual ok performance, nothing spectacular. Carly was ok when not shrieking. But together, there’s not harmony, and it was an ear-sore. It’s all Carly’s fault as she has no clue how to sing a duet and tone down her shrieking. For a good Michael Johns’s duet, check out him and Brooke White on “Life is Okay.” Much better because of Brooke’s talent.
I’m a fan of both Michael & Carly. It was fun to see them again. Did I think that was their best performance? No,it was okay. The song choice was not theirs but the producer’s so I don’t blame them for that.
One of many of the things about this season that bugs me is the use of sound tracts rather than the live band. This has proved to be a problem for this year’s contestants as well as Michael & Carly.
Everything about this new season seems off! What is going on?!
Looking forward to new music from both Michael & Carly! It’s time to move on!
They were Amazing!!
Finally something good on season 8…They blend so well together and they truly look like stars. Can they stay, n everyone else in that horrible group 1 leave..ha
Why is everyone so mean? I like them both and I think they sounded great! If you are going to make critiques, then learn the terminology. What does is mean to be “attune”? That is not a musical term. They were both “in tune” with each other and the band for that matter. And they were both “attune” to each other. I just can’t believe how freakin’ mean people can be.
They looked and acted like Edie Gourmet and Steve Lawrence … from the 60s.
