    those kids better sing the MJ song right because i’m the biggest MJ fan i got all of his CD and poster so they better sing it right or i would sad .     Lest anyone forget… a superb performance of Chris Connel’s arrangement of Billy Jean put David Cook into the #1 spot on AI. Hope this set of would be’s knows enough not to mimic Michael, but to do their own interpretation in their own style.
    This is what I want to see in Michael Jackson week

    As long as the judges remember that they and/or the producers picked this theme. If I have to sit through two hours of decent performances followed by 13 criticisms of “that song was too big for you”, I’m going to pull my hair out. He’s the friggin King of Pop! Regardless of his status today, those songs are still pretty iconic as far as pop music goes – cut the kids some slack. Unless of course one actually picks that song from Free Willy….

    i am big fan of mj i love yout would be amazing to see MJ on Idol. Similar to the George Michael appearance last year, it is always a jolt to see a true talent once in a while. Number one selling album of all time, the King Of Pop is back baby!As long as the judges remember that they and/or the producers picked this theme.
