Ratings: Obama rules Tuesday, 'NCIS' beats 'DWTS'

Barack Obama’s prime-time presidential news conference was the most-watched program Tuesday night, averaging 31.1 million viewers across the four broadcast networks at 8 p.m. Eastern. CBS kept the momentum into the 9 p.m. hour, with NCIS (17.5 million) defeating ABC’s Dancing With the Stars Results show (15.7 million).     Hmmm…interesting. I’m a relatively new fan of NCIS, so I don’t know if they’ve tried this before, but I wonder if they should consider switching it to 9 PM…

    I guess if you give a guy every goddamn channel, he can get 10% of Americans to watch. That “rules”!
