Barack Obama’s prime-time presidential news conference was the most-watched program Tuesday night, averaging 31.1 million viewers across the four broadcast networks at 8 p.m. Eastern. CBS kept the momentum into the 9 p.m. hour, with NCIS (17.5 million) defeating ABC’s Dancing With the Stars Results show (15.7 million). Without having to face Fox’s American Idol like they did on St. Patrick’s Day, DWTS, CBS’ The Mentalist (17.5 million), and NBC’s two-hour Biggest Loser: Couples (9.8 million) all saw healthy upticks week-to-week.

Hmmm…interesting. I’m a relatively new fan of NCIS, so I don’t know if they’ve tried this before, but I wonder if they should consider switching it to 9 PM…
Woo Hoo for Gibbs and the gang! move it to 9 and I know I can’t watch it.
I guess if you give a guy every goddamn channel, he can get 10% of Americans to watch. That “rules”!
