An NBC spokesperson declined to comment, but a Peacock insider is confirming what I first told you back in November: Lipstick Jungle has been canceled. Read the full post.

I didn’t realize it continued after the first season. I TiVo everything and skip commercials, so I’m not surprised that I never saw ads for it.

  • Natalie Vermaas

NBC made a HUGE mistake by canceling Lipstick Jungle! Your network is going down the tubes and there is no hope for you anymore NBC. Because you cancelled Lipstick Jungle I promise you I will never watch another NBC show again!!

  • Em

    Boohoo! I love Lipstick Jungle.

  • Shawniejo

Well, this just plain stinks. Especially with all of the tremendous crappola barely masquerading as “TV” still coursing through the airwaves.
Kudos to Kim Raver, Lindsay Price, Brooke Shields, Robert Buckley and Andrew McCarthy for their natural on-screen chemistry and superbly emotive acting. We never doubted for a moment that you were true friends, and in some cases, lovers, and we are better TV viewers for the opportunity to, however briefly, be a part of the lives of Nico, Wendy & Victory.
Farewell to these unforgettable ladies! At least we’ll have the DVDs of Seasons 1 & 2 to forever hold dear.

I am soooo bummed! I want to know what’s going to happen with Kirby, Victory and the gang! I don’t have much tv time and really enjoyed this show!! I guess it’s back to watching sex in the city re-runs:(

  • Robert C

I wasn’t that into the show, but I was impressed by what I saw. It deserved to stick around a little while longer, even if only on USA.

  • Terri

Agreed…..what can we do to make the network realize that they had a good thing with Lipstick Jungle!!!! Great chemistry, it truly was don’t miss TV.

  • Catherin

I’m with Natalie! You go girl!! ~ I LOVE the show & am SO SICK of reality t.v. I live my own reality & would like for REAL television shows, about real women/people to come back! I was so hoping they would reconsider Lipstick. So sad!!! I will really miss the show.

  • Ginger

I enjoyed the show. Wanted to see a wedding! I work hard and look forward to fun TV…not Reality shows; they are “boring”…if I want reality, I watch the news. I stopped watching NBC news during the elections, you were too bias..and now your shows are no fun. You are losing a life long supporter NBC…maybe I am a “little guy”…but I should have fun shows to watch!

  • John Smokhb.com

DON’T WORRY GUYS! NBC STILL HAS PLENTY OF KNIGHT RIDER AND JIMMY FALLON TO SHOVE DOWN YOUR THROAT.

  • Judy

It SUCKS!!!! Enough with reality TV. I am sick of it!!! Come on give us some good shows to watch, and bring back Lipstick Jungle or at least write a book!!!

  • Roberta South

Aw man…I just knew it. I had hoped the rumors weren’t true. Every time I like a show, it get’s cancelled! I loved watching what the ‘glamour girls’ were up to… living vicariously through them, in this sad economy. At least we had them to enjoy. Come on, bring Lipstick Jungle back! I’m sick and tired of reality TV and sitcoms that treat their viewers as if they only have half a brain!

  • AliK

Hello, Lipstick Jungle fans. We, the Pushing Daisies fans, sympathize with your grief in losing a good show.

  • KC

I cannot believe this news! This had become my all time favorite show! I loved it! I wish they would realize how great of a show it was and put it back on!!!

  • linda

I am 62 years old, watch very little tv. Certainly not NBC. Lipstick Jungle was finally a story to watch, the only other show which comes close is Brothers and Sisters on ABC. No reality TV for me either.
