My wish is that Hugh Laurie’s old cohort Stephen Fry joins the show as House’s psychiatrist. That would be awesome.

Seriously, does Huddy have to be mentioned in. every. single. spoiler. post? It’s starting to get a little old. Even in the interview with Kal Penn, Huddy!sex was brought up…and it had absolutely nothing to do with Kal Penn or his character….Sheesh…
But anyway…I’ve always wondered when they were going to put House in the nut house…It was only a matter of time. The constant hallucinations are a sign that something’s wrong…

This season has felt reused from several other places… so if House has gone for a mental joyride, the second he begins to sing (ala Jeffrey Geiger), the plug needs to be pulled.

All I have to say is if House and Amber have sex, I am done. I hate this whole seeing dead people trend in shows that are based in the real world. Keep the I see dead people stuff for Lost and Heroes. I know it is tough to admit you made a mistake getting rid of characters who become far more popular than expected like Amber or Denny on Greys, but it ain’t an excuse to bring them back as ghosts or figments of a show’s character’s imagination.

house saw (dead) amber in previous season finale already, so it’s not a new thing.

  • Julie

House has also been shown to not be sleeping at all, which causes hallucinations, which could explain why he is seeing Amber.

  • Crystal

Hey, wait. I remember another episode where House is hallucinating. Oh, right. That was LAST SEASONS finale. =)
At this point, the only thing I am looking forward to is the sex.

I’m thinking it probably has to do with Wilson’s brother who is already in a psychiatric facility…

  • zeke

Sounds like House is going to get some ECT
thus the shocking clue. A little bit of shock therapy could get him out of his Funk.

I love the show! I’ll admit it gets “out there”, but hey, it is for entertainment. I think the writers are brilliant and just hope they don’t disappoint me and lots of others by going with something as lame as “it’s all been a dream/hallucination”!!! PLEASE continue to be creative!!!

I USUALLY LIVE NEAR GREYSTONE!! what the hell! the ONE TIME i’m not in the area…….
good thing greystone is creepy, creepy, creepy….maybe house will be having nightmares instead.

  • Rob F

Just like a lot of shows I used to watch, aka Grey’s for one, they tend to dwell on been there done that, vs what made this show very great. ER was a great show, but after a while, u get the same thing thrown at u. House being house can not save it for me, nor can Cuddy having sex with him.

  • Dan S.

Well, they’re always talking about how he’s afraid he’ll lose his intellect. He’s the great rationalist, so therefore it only seems reasonable that he would lose his mind. But I think he’s got an ongoing sickness, did you remember the end of the episode of cutner’s suicide?, where at the end, getting on the elevator, his vision went blury as Wilson spoke something to him. I’m sure they’ll attribute it to a disease, but he’ll be stuck in a looney bin while his team and Cuddy try to get him treatment or something..
maybe the looney bin dr’s wont let him get treatment…something to that effect…
But who knows, this show is all over the map, now literally. LOL

  • SwinerBock

Hey, Mira Sorvino’s character was a psychiatrist. Perfect opportunity to bring her back into the show.

  • george watson

Who’s “Huddy”? (Do you mean “Cuddy”?)
