I absolutely LOVE CASTLE. The dialogue is so sharp and the chemistry is simply electric. I haven’t considered a show to be such a guilty pleasure like this since Moonlighting. They simply HAVE to renew it.

Dollhouse NEEDS to get renewed!!! its getting so damn good!

  • Leslie

I’m just starting to get attached to The Unusuals & it might not get renewed, lame.

So, so SO sad about Life :-( :-( :-( Well, at least I voted for it, so I feel a least a little bit good over that, hehe

  • Kath Kim

Bummer about Kath & Kim. Last I heard was that they were still probably going to give it a chance. It’s not slapstick drop funny, but it is amusing and entertaining.

NBC has turned into ABC of the late 90s/early ’00s when ABC cancelled shows like Sports Night in favor of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” three to five nights a week. By my recollection, it took ABC three years to dig out of the hole until they recovered w/ Housewives, LOST, then Grey’s Anatomy…and even the prodeucers of LOST weren’t sure what would happen.
NBC has given The Office, and 30 Rock time to grow against Grey’s and CSI, but has never given the same vote of confidence in Chuck. And now they’re pulling the “Millionaire” gambit w/ Leno (mainly b/c they knew he would go to a competitor).
I have not been this concerned about losing a show (“Chuck”) since Sports Night was cancelled by ABC in 2000. That was another critically acclaimed show w/ a good following, and it is loved on DVD still as well.
I hope NBC remembers its roots and keeps Chuck, but I fear for the worst.

Go Chuck Go ! (And Castle, and Dollhouse, as well as a few others…)

  • Mandy

    SAVE CHUCK !!!!!!

    Hell’s Kitchen?
It may bore you – but I think it’s fun.

  • Daniel

Thank you for supporting Chuck <3

  • Rachel

Hope that Life makes it, I kinda already knew it was probably a goner since the ratings were way down..sad

  • Josh Emerson

I don’t understand why Southland is a sure thing but Chuck could go either way. Southland’s 18-49 rating has quickly dropped so that it’s actually tying Chuck now. Yet it’s considered a “smash hit” for some reason.

NBC Needs to renew CHUCK it’s the best show on the network. It is well written and has an amazing cast, which is the best cast on TV right now. Who wants Jay Leno, Bring Chuck back, Leno is going to fail no one will watch it’s a dumb move by the network.

I guess there aren’t that many REAPER fans out there…what a shame! It def. fills a void left by BUFFY in the sense that its a show based in super-natural mythos with a touch of comedy thrown in. *SIGH* I hope the CW chnages their mind, even if they bring it back NEXT March as a mid-season replacement as they did this year. I mean I love SUPERNATURAL and TRUE BLOOD, but REAPER added some much needed levity to the whole demons taking over the world mentality…

    To 2cents:
Ausiello rarely reports on reality shows. If he does, it’s usually just The Bachelor, Dancing with the Stars or AI because they are the most popular.
I assume Hell’s Kitchen will have another season though.
