I am so excited to see Castle. I love that show. So, I will be watching Castle, Lost, Grey’s and definately V. Have to follow Elizabeth Mitchell aka Juliet on Lost.
I am extremely disappointed at the cancel of Samantha Who. That was a GREAT show. I also grabbed onto The Unusuals which was fun and witty and not so serious as depressing as other “cop” shows. I will be looking elsewhere for TV entertaining this fall.
Good job keeping Castle after DWTS, putting it after Surviving Suburbia almost killed the ratings but when it was placed after DWTS it went up again.
“Gone is In the Motherhood, The Unusuals, According to Jim, Cupid, and Samantha Who?” — this from a professional writer. It’s no wonder that proper English grammar is disappearing in this country, when professional writers don’t know what subject verb agreement is. Here’s a hint: Turn it around. You would not have written “In the Motherhood, The Unusuals, According to Jim, Cupid, and Samantha Who? is gone,” would you?
If the DWTS results show were cut to 30 min. (which is way more than enough time to tell us who got cut), they could’ve followed up with Sam Who.
I’m sad to see “The Unusuals” go as I was really getting into this “easy to watch” cop show. It was fun and definitely not depressing like every other damn cop drama on tv and that is why it stood out to me. Oh well…
Ugly Betty moving to Friday’s is a bad idea, will lose a lot of viewers! Samantha Who was always on a break, never knew when it was going to be on.
Gone is “According to Jim.” Our long national nightmare is finally at an end!
Hey when does V air? I have looked all over the internet and can find hardly any information about the upcoming remake. I really want to watch this show, but they aren’t doing a very good job of promoting it.
Well, I am still watching “Ugly Betty,” and I will give both “V” and “Eastwick” a shot, but not much here is exciting to me.
Just saw the clips for Cougar Town.
So they cancelled Samantha Who? for this?
Somewhere, Christina Applegate (along with Jennifer Anniston) are having a nice laugh.
Does look promising though.
EW you are behind the curb! All the Lost sites have it that Lost will be moving to Thursday nights (9pmET) when it returns ln 2010- late Jan or early Feb, that part tba.
I’m looking forward to a whole night comedy on Wednesday nights. I’m still bummed that Samantha Who was axed though. And I bet Ugly Betty wont survive to midseason. Thankfully.
Is ABC full of idiots? They killed Samantha Who? with scheduling. They will do the same thing to Ugly Betty. Both original, funny and perfectly cast shows. If LOST wasn’t on this channel, I’d never watch ABC.
This is so disappointing. Samantha Who? was a great show, and Cupid was a lot of fun, too–it wasn’t given a fair chance. It’s the kind of show that could’ve picked up viewers along the way as each episode had its own story.
