I think it means he hopes its kewl. Which really means “I hope it doesn’t screw with the massive amounts of money this franchise makes me.” lol

Okay, having just spent a considerable amount of time reading over this thread, time for some educational comments. Because there are a BUNCH of people comment here that don’t know what they are talking about. First of all, the original movie – WAS WRITTEN BY JOSS AND THEN DESTROYED THROUGH STUDIO EXECUTIVE MEDDLING!! Second, with the comparisons to JJ Abrams’s very well done Star Trek reboot: there was a 40 year gap between the original series and the reboot! That’s enough time!! Third, to the haters claiming the TV series “sucked” was “horrible” etc. – AT THE TIME IT WAS THE BEST WRITTEN SHOW ON THE AIR.
    P E R I O D.
There was nothing better. This is THE worst idea to come out of Hollywood IN YEARS.

Joss Whedon and Buffy are one and the same. You can’t have one without the other, not anymore. He took the concept and the core lore and made it his own. Without the amazing wit that carried the series, what do you have left? Just another movie capitalizing on the vampire/comic book trend. Gag.

I cant wait to miss it…….

The this is, though, that the Kuzuis know that after making this, they’ll be rolling in cash. Sure, they’ll be virtually hated, but they’ll have the money. Y’know why? Because of the curiosity of any of the Buffy die-hards (myself included). We’re going to see it regardless, just for confirmation of the movie’s epic Fail. We’re going to go see it because we want to know that it sucked as much as we hoped, but also because we want to see what Buffy possibly could be without Joss Whedon or the original cast. It’s human nature.

    the thing is*
    sorry.

there’s no way i can not watch this out of curiousity, i just hope they dont expect anyone to pay to see it if Joss isnt involved. I would feel no guilt over downloading a bootleg of a Jossless Buffy movie

Gosh, it’s just a TV series and a movie. Why all the fuss. Kazui took up Whedon’s script when others wouldn’t and that launched Joss’s career. Whoopee!

Thank you for another informative web site. The place else may just I am getting that type of information written in such an ideal way? I have a undertaking that I am just now working on, and I have been at the look out for such information.
