Of course it was staged. As slowly as he was dropped on to eminem, he had time to move, he wouldnt have sat there waiting for cohen to position himself onto his face. It’s called comedy, Eminem is a good actor. It’s not that difficult to figure out.

Anyone who thought it WASN’T staged is an idiot. It wasn’t even that funny because it was so obviously staged. It’s all just for publicity

I didnt even see it and I cant tell it was staged. Journalists are really stupid. Sasha just HAPPENS to show up and security doesnt do a thing. DUH!! Why dont you ask how the guy in the first music video for MTV was treated by security a few years back. Thye ouldnt even let him in! STUPID PEOPLE!

Eminem was in on the Bruno gag and it was all staged.
Also in today’s “Duh News,” the sky is blue, grass is green, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, Dolly Parton has REALLY big boobs, and it is probably unwise to pee on an electric fence as well as a cop.
That is all from the “Duh News” for today. Sleep soundly.

actually you can urinate on an electric fence, it does not shock you, dont know why though.

    Gay people are great

I’m glad it was staged. Eminem has had a rough couple of years, and it’s to know he’s come out on the other side with his sense of humor not only in tact, but expanded.

Why would Eminem be mic’d so we all could hear his reaction if it wasn’t staged?? It was funny but obviously rehersed!!

Of course it was fake. Toying around with potential lawsuits from inbred racists or brainless alcoholic frat-boys is one thing, but Cohen knows better than to humiliate celebrities without a contract. Pamela Anderson was in on the scene in Borat – why would Em be any different?
The prank is even more brilliant for turning out to make the audience the “butt” of the joke. Considering Em’s brush with Triumph at the past VMAs, the homophobia allegations after The Marshall Mathers LP, and the subject matter of Cohen’s upcoming film, the genius of last night’s “wardrobe malfunction” just has so many layers!
EW’s cover article last week was about how Slim Shady has changed for the better after kicking his drug habit. After reading this, I can see it’s no bull. This was another step in the right direction for Em and the genre of rap – sometimes you just have to take one for the home team.

If it was staged and I was Emminem, I sue Cohen’s ass off. Literally!
