The parade of top-tier tube talent to Law & Order: SVU continues. Will & Grace Emmy winner Eric McCormack has inked a deal to guest star in this season’s second episode as a handsome (and straight) sugar daddy. As previously reported, SVU‘s season premiere will feature Prison Break‘s Wentworth Miller as a cop.

This outta be interesting!..
I am tired of watching great guest stars giving amazing performances on dumb stories. One can only hope SVU next year will be more than just a vessel for Emmys nominations.
Two big stars in the first two episodes. Looks like NBC is really turning up the notch on this baby. Good thing they kept Mariska and Chris

I like the guest stars that these shows have, but in a way it’s bad because the guest star almost always plays the character who “did it.” Of course, it’s hard to not guess who did it anymore. Nowadays it’s more already knowing and seeing the cops get there.
The guest star list is filling up, I think they should bring Back Robin Williams as that psycho-”You are offically human” guy though…
Oh God no…please no more Robin Williams. That episode was awful. In fact, I desided to stop watching SVU after that episode. Stephine March returning almost made me come back. Good guest stars this season just might tip the scales.
that’s really tough:

BIG GUEST STARS DOESN’T ALWAYS EQUAL GREAT EPISODES… I also thought Robin Williams episode was horrific, along with Carol Burnett’s (BLECCHHHH!!!) and Hilary Duff’s from this past season….
Funny-Robin Williams won an Emmy Nomination for that “awful” performance! I for one enjoy the mix of performers SVU uses; and I look forward to seeing what McCormack brings to the table. When you have the best as your leads, it only follows to have the best as their guests!
I’m not a big Robin Williams’ fan, however I sorta liked his role on SVU. But I also liked My Mother the Car.
