    It was my understanding that they dont have the rights for him to fly or wear the suit? Does anyone know if this is true or not?

    I think the only way to give this an ending is seeing him fly and in the suit dont you? There are too many memories of Christopher Reeve in the suit to have legitimacy, but I guess they will figure it out….hopefully!
