    Michael Ironside
    Willem Dafoe

  • Cathy

What about William Campbell…4400? He’s done that type of role before….

  • Libby

My dream choice would be Peter Capaldi from In The Loop & Torchwood. Put him up against Ben Linus and watch the show just explode with new plotlines & manipulations!

  • Alexis

Jeremy Renner needs something better to do. Or maybe Giovanni Ribisi. Who knows.

    • Amy

I really like Giovanni Ribisi, but I’m afraid his accent will be too strong for a part like this, since he has to play a translator he would need some serious vocal coaching

  • anu

Oooh, David Anders or Alexander Skarsgard.
Seriously, either would be awesome, though since both are attached to projects (24 and True Blood respectively) neither will happen.

Jason Dohring also comes to mind. He’d be great.

  • Amy

Ok so I’m thinking 3 possibilities. My first thought when I saw working for president of foreign corporation, was this guy works for Widmore. But since he has to translate, it either has to be the Hanso Foundation, or Mr Paik.

  • Colin

    ROBERT PATTINSON from TWILIGHT!!

    haha I’m only kidding…

  • Jack fan

Good thing you are kidding Colin. I wish people would take this more seriously. I know this sound bizarre, but what about Martin Short? Think about it.

  • robinsoe

lennon is totally going to be alavar hanso

  • Jack fan

no, robinsoe. it will be martin short…i have insider information

  • Fran Tucker

Adam Goldberg. You want edgy, quirky, neurotic, charismatic? Goldberg’s got it all and good looking, to boot. Topping this choice off, his partner on the recently (stupidly, because it was the best new show of the season)canceled “The Unusuals”, was Harold Perrineau, Michael on “Lost” and they had great chemistry. (Note to Dominic West voter; he’s been bad mouthing American actors since he couldn’t get work in US and has been publicly campaigning to keep American actors out of UK jobs) Go suck lemons, Dominic.

  • Jack fan

Adam Goldberg???!!!! Not a bad choice, but an awful choice! Dominic West was actually casted to play Locke in 2004, but there were problems with his committment to the Wire

  • Meg

Great suggestion–I like Jason O’Mara. He was amazing on the short-lived American version of “Life on Mars,” as well as his creepy guest spots on two episodes of “The Closer.”

  • Scott

I would love to see Damian Lewis as well. I really miss Life.
