The return of ABC’s Who Wants to be a Millionaire? is hardly the ratings phenomenon it once was — but the series still managed to win Monday’s 8 p.m. hour, according to preliminary overnight ratings. The Regis Philbin-hosted program scored 7 million viewers. Elsewhere, NBC had a solid showing from Dateline: NBC at 10 p.m. with 6.7 viewers.
