    We just started watching The Office in reruns, for some reason could not get into it. when it started.. Totally enjoy it now.. Linda Purl is perfect as Pam’s mother.. Meryl Streep? Goldie Hawn? omg Bette Midler? who’s Bonnie Hunt again? They would have ruined the show.. This is about character build,.. Leave them to their movies ( I won’t watch) and stay away from television !!

    I have mixed feelings: On the one hand I wish they would have cast Meryl Streep, I mean that would have been bad ass. But on the other hand I wanted them to stick with Shannon (the very first Mom we saw in Season 2) as it would show continuity of the show, but sadly they went right in between those two and it didn’t work.
