I have not been with the show that long but picked up bits & pieces.So much rudeness,insults,even to patients.Not enough reality.Meredith & Derek brought out a lot of good & humor when she wasn’t being depressing,which was most of the four seasons.It’s been over 20 years.GET OVER IT! Derek always got the worst of it.I heard they were the hottest couple.Could have fooled me! Havn’t seen any change yet.I hope she really is “whole & healed” for his sake.He really loves her & deserves to be happy,happy with her.She should have been “well”at least in the 4th season,should have been married,had the baby.Would have taught her responsibility with holding a job & being a mother too.Bailey did it.Love Meredith & Derek.My favorites.Hope to get through 6.
I have been with this show since Day 1 and to everyone that says there happy to see Ellen Pompeo (Meredith) gone, well that’s just dumb. Meredith is the main character clearly i mean the show is called GREYS ANATOMY. What shonda really needs to do is start focusing back on Meredith and Derek again. They need to stop setting up storylines about them, not fulfilling them, and then changing the focus on other characters every time(like making their own house together, the wedding last year..).
Last season got a little bit rough with the whole Izzie and Denny thing but in the end it all came together. Ohh and as for T.R Knight-i loved his character in the begining of the show but towards the end he just made me mad and all last season he really didn’t have any airtime on the show anyways so it wasn’t even a big shock when he left. Im acually glad hes gone, hopefully he regrets leaving greys and making a dumb choice to go to broadway.
The one thing i wish Shonda and ABC would reconsider is bringing back issiah washington(burke)back.

A 17 hour work day is very full on, it leaves 7 hours for everything else barely enough time to sleep let alone everything else one must do, some people say they have done “A lot more” so they have done what 2-3 hours more per day minimum so 4-5 hours of sleep a day if you don’t travel/eat/wash or use a toilet, yeah right. These morons are just jealous.

Actually I am probably on my lonesome here, but I much prefer Izzy over Meredith any day, if Meredith leaves, the show will go on.
if Meredith leaves and Izzie stays.. it would not be Grey’s Anatomy anymore.. it would completely be different.. Without Meredith’s dark and twisty drama.. Izzie would not work adding that George is not on the show anymore.. let’s just wait and see.. it may tear Grey’s anatomy apart or the changes made would make it stronger.. we’ll see..
I am extremely happy to hear it is just a 5 week thing. I was really getting depressed that George was gone, now Izzie? I will be happy when everyone gets back to where they belong. Not liking the newbys much right now!
Izzie is my favorite character, so I’m really upset. whether or not the actress was giving the writers problems is none of my business. The only thing I wish they had done was kill Izzie off along with George, because now it’s really hard to like Alex after what he said to her. The writers should have construed a better way to remove a character instead of making another character (Alex) appear villainous. I’m sure fans of Izzie, like myself, are finding it challenging to forgive Alex
it would be so different without Mer, Izzie, and Georgey.. :’( am gonna miss them..
Katherine has every right to complain about a 17 hour day week she would have to do everything she needed to for the entire day in 7 hours which would include sleeping! she has a baby! she cannot be on working on movie and show projects her whole life and not have her family! shes been on the show for 6 seasons! plus given us great movies to watch (knocked up and alot more) so before you talk bad about her you do all that in one day for 6 years!!! we should be thankful there is a Grey’s Anatomy at all ITS THE BEST SHOW EVER!!!!! thank you everybody that makes it all real:)
