Wise is an excellent choice. But I would have preferred Marsters.

I will watch anything he is on. Dollhouse got a new viewer.

Fantastic news about a great actor and an extremely promising season of Joss TV! However, I have to second earlier comments: it should be CRIMINALIZED to give away the secret of “Twin Peaks” to the potentially uninitiated!

I hate that Reaper was cancelled! Ray Wise as the Devil was easily the best part of the show, But everything else was awesome too. I havent seen much of Dollhouse but Im catching up cause I love Eliza.

Also Im all for loyalty in hollywood, but too many of Joss’ regulars are showing up? They’re good actors w/ his material but it gets repetitive seeing the same actors. Especially when their other characters are more memorable (ie. Marsters as Spike) it was hard seeing him on Smallville too?

    I didn’t know who killed laura palmer… :( I was watching the series now. :( :( :(

Great actor, robbed of Oscar nod in ’05 for Good Night and Good Luck. He seriously had the best performance in that flick. He’s so charismatic and versatile. Good choice despite it not being Marsters.

Great casting. Love Dollhouse, still sucks Reaper was axed.

This is awesome news! I am a huge Twin Peaks fan, and am just thrilled to hear the Ray Wise news! Thank you for reporting it.

I’m on the fence about James. He’s a talented actor and I always enjoy seeing him. Unfortunately, he’s become larger-than-life in the Joss fandom, and I worry that his presence would overshadow the story being told to some degree, especially in the post-episode fansquee on the ‘net. Some folks seem to get a little carried away over him, to the point of distraction.

Ray is our neighbor and is one of the greatest persons we have known. His roles and so grim and varied, yet he is a soft, talented actor. He’s an all great actor and a “neat guy” in person.

I liked Caprica Dollhouse pissed me off but a liked some episodes but i didn’t want to watch it any more but maybe if they re-show the episode with Ray Wise I will. He should play more movies being the Devil I’m writing a Devil novel.

It would depend more on your skill level and staiyng within your ability to maintain proper mechanics over the distance. You want to work the skill first, then add speed, then add distance or time last when the other 2 are set. You do not have to use a 7:00 interval the is the longest interval that should be used on that set. You could do 150s on 3:30 or 3:45 depending on the amount of rest you need to be able to repeat the same time on the next repeat. Or you could do a set of 100s on 2:30/2:45. I would keep it at one of those distances. I based the times on a 2:15 100 as that would be the pace for a 9:00 400m
