'Dollhouse' and 'FNL' scoop: Look who's returning!

I like to think of myself as a fairly plugged-in individual, but I have to admit I had no clue Friday Night Lights‘ Adrianne Palicki and Dollhouse‘s Alan Tudyk were a couple. At least I had no clue until they strolled into Entertainment Weekly‘s pre-Emmy party last night hand-in-hand. Well, good for them. And good for me since it meant I got two spoilery interviews for the price of one! Speaking of which, if you want to know when Tyra and Alpha are returning to FNL and Dollhouse respectively, there’s some embedded video with your name on it after the jump…

To see who else I interviewed at last night's EW bash (hint: Kaley Cuoco, Katee Sackhoff, Carlton Cuse, and more) head over to ourĀ Emmy hub ASAP.

I most excited that Ausiello is going to be visiting the Friday Night Lights set next month! Bring back the goods, boy! :P Thanks for the interview.

    Lucky woman.

  • Julian

    Lucky Man.

  • Blue

Getting a talented, funny, sweet, beautiful woman who’s eleven years your junior? I’d say he’s the lucky one.

    • cibele

Agreed. She’s gorgeous and really god actress. Seems like a great girl too.

  • Jacob

I’d say they both scored big time on this coupling… But he most definitely nabbed a hottie… Way to go, Wash…

  • Heather

They both did well but i’m more jealous of her X(. i wanted to date/marry Wash!

  • Blerg

I’m kinda jealous of both of them…

  • Robert

Adrianne Palicki might be my favorite female on TV. So beautiful and so talented. I like him as well, but I sure wouldn’t have thought of them as a couple.

  • Sara

Never would have pictured them together, but they do make a cute couple.

    And, yay more Alpha!

  • P

While I really love Alan Tudyk as an actor (Ann’s dad from Arrested Development!! And that Joss Whedon show [just kidding, I heart Firefly]) I have never thought him to be cute… So when I just now read that he was dating Adrianne Palicki I thought to myself, ‘wow, she is so out of his league.’ Then I saw the video and wow was a I retard for even thinking that! He is soooooooo hot! He looks good!!! They actually look great together. And the seem like they suit each other!

  • Kalie

Cute couple! She looks great w/ the darker hair. I watch both shows, so thanks a lot for posting this!

  • Tom

Ah dear. You mean we’re going have to see that second-rate Heath Ledger rip-off again?

And I was so pleased to see Desinof, Wise, and Hogan in the Dollhouse. I thought the show was actually upping the ante not lowering it into the gutter.

This news and the talentless Glau jumping back on the Whedon gravy-train, I might not bother at all with Season 2.

Well, bye bye. ##### I’m sure you’ll be better off watching something a little more to your mental level. ##### I hear there are some oretty good cartoons on on Saturdays…

    • Brendon

I have to respectfully (read: no “#####”) disagree; I thought most of the episodes of _Dollhouse_ leading up to the reveal of Alpha were pretty boring. Interesting premise, but too much filler. The eps with Alpha were the best of the season, and the only reason I will even consider watching Season 2. I loves me some Dushku, but even she can’t keep me interested enough to keep going on this show without taking the suspense up a few notches.

  • Inga

Wow they look great together, great couple:) And I’m loving the new hair on Adrianne! Why didn’t you ask her about Supernatural? Oh well I’m glad that Alan is gonna be in a few eppies of Dollhouse this season.

  • Craig

I love both FNL and Dollhouse but could they be any more annoying if they tried? I wanted to punch them both through that entire interview.

  • KR

Why is he dating a toddler?
