Amanda returns could hurt. I’m waiting to see amanda and ella interact

I love Katie Cassidy. And Melrose Place is alright. But she really needs a new agent…she tends to pick material that is just destined to bomb a lot of the time and she doesn’t exactly pick the highest quality stuff most of the time either. Someone put her on a truly awesome show (Supernatural doesn’t count because the writing there sucked for her role) with a good role. She deserves it.

@ Nick… Katie’s character on SPN did not suck nor did the writing for her character. It only started to suck when she left and was replaced by a hack who couldn’t act and her character was reduced to be an annoying twit not the bad a$$ that Katie created.

It’s not Gossip Girl or One Tree Hill, but it’s not that bad. I just wish they’d pick up the pace.

Best way to watch it is on the internet. This way you can pause and make popcorn & drinks by the pool . . . LOL!

To Amanda Woodward in this post
Those rules only apply if the writers read EW. Otherwise, we’ll have to wait see what these writers come up with . . .

    Loving the new MP!!

An Amands and Ella showdown? Let the slap fest begin. Gracious, the slaps that the women did to each other on the ’90s version Melrose Place were fierce! Heather Locklear could bring the confrontations up a notch with her return to the show.

i love the new show..used to watch the old one..and now am loving the remake…just saw the 3rd episode and it was sooo good… cant wait for the amanda-ella showdown….

Love that Heather is coming back! This Melrose was so not needed but it has its positives. Your right about Auggie being hawt and I can just see the flames erupt when he first gets in Amanda’s line of vision. BTW, the actor that plays Auggie used to be on All My Children. He played Erica Kanes newly found son who we all thought she aborted back in the seventies – don’t ask! Anyhoo, AMC killed him off (horrible plot #25 this year AMC) so he’s getting much more deserved attention on Melrose. I think if the ratings were higher, MP wouldn’t even have asked Heather back. I hope Heather can work her magic once again. My fingers are crossed!

the show is starting to grow on me mainly because of ella and the guy who plays thomas calabro’s son. they’re disasters and I love ‘em for it. they’re making a mistake though. Ella’s boss (the former mutant x) should have a bigger role, and they should have made him bisexual because he and ella obviously have great chemistry and they would be hot together. maybe they’ll switch up his sexuality after all. they should also keep that bisexual british actor around for guest appearances, he’s hilarious.

Yes I remember that Jane was adopted too, so she really isn’t sydney’s sister…. So violet cna’t be Jane’s daughter…even tho at the end of the series Jane was pregnant with Micheal’s baby I believe… Hopefully Violet dies by the end of the season, because Ashley is a horrible actress..unless Violet is suposed to be over the top like that and unlikeable…

what does it mean for the hot gay boss she has now? i hope he wont get fired, id rather watch the butch hot gay boss then the botoxed face bitch.

I heard that Heather Locklear has signed on for seven episodes, at least.

I still think it’s a shame that they brought Laura Leighton back to the new series only to kill her off as I am enjoying her scenes with the new cast (although there are not enough scenes with her).

The pilot got me interested, but after seeing the second episode, I’m definitely going to stop watching. I really can’t get over the fact that Ashlee Simpson can’t act even if her life depended on it. It’s not just her, the other actors pretty much suck too. The only good acting I’ve seen was from Dr. Mancini and it’s expected, he’s a veteran of the show.

I watch Melrose Place for four characters: Ella Katie Cassidy), Michael Mancini, Auggie, but mostly Caleb (currently Ella’s boss) Victor Webster. If Amanda is considered to be the new boss, what happens to Caleb?
