ABC to break up 'V' debut; first four episodes air in November

    Well, that’s the end of that remake. Pity.

    I think folks at ABC can’t tell the difference between good and bad – and are only looking at traditional Nielson ratings to inform their choices. I suspect ABC is concerned about the less than glowing reaction to FlashForward. The thing is – I’ve seen the pilot from V and it is forever superior to FF. I really hope they don’t either totally mess with or remove V.

    I just saw an add for this on tv. Having loved the original I was like “I can’t wait!” Now hearing this about 4 episodes til march? Screw it I’ll wait til it reruns on cable closer to march when the 5th and further episodes will broadcast. It’s like why bother…

    It doesn’t matter to me whether ABC cancels the show or not. It was boring and predictable with subpar acting. I’m throughly enjoying the new show Flash Forward. This is a fast moving, well acted and well written show that offers the viewers an intelligent option to most of the c**p that’s on network tv.

    Well, I’m pissed. I actualy like the show, it’s not bad. At the moment, I’m just wondering how whoever is in charge of ABC got the position. I meen, honestly, this is pretty much killing the show right off the bat. Like someone else said, “pre-canceled.”

    Well i’ve been watching this show and it’s Tuesday night and i see there isn’t a new episode on ABC. Admittedly the pilot episode was just awful but the following episodes got me hooked. Now i see that it will not be back until March?! What the?!! Also the first four episodes are available on HULU.com but only until Dec. 20th. So yeah, it appears to me that ABC wants to kill the show. I’ll actually be surprised if it comes back in March at all and if it does i’ll bet it will have a new night of Friday night. Which is a ratings kiss of death for shows and where they send shows that they want to cancel.

    Whoever at ABC came up with the lame brain idea to break up the first season like this needs to be fired.

    V is way cool maybe if dish customers could get abc then maybe they would have a higher viewing rate. like me I have to wait to watch it online the day after
