    I never heard of Psych, but I think I might watch it now, because I LOVE the Mentalist and it appears “a couple” of people think it’s better! The Mentalist is an amazing show. All the shows rip each other off, ex. Lie to Me ripped off the Mentalist, and that’s a great show too. I’m just happy there’s some great scripted shows with actors out there. Peace.

    Hold on, I’m not sure, did someone say Psych is BETTER than the Mentalist?

    I’m not crazy about the changes this year. They’ve gussied everyone up. They’ve even styled Baker’s hair. Sacrilege! They’ve brought in a rival and greater emphasis on procedures. It was just fine the way it was. I’ll stick with it for a while to just see if they ruin it all together.

    I guess Psych would be more appealing to an 11 year old – but let’s be honest, it comes across as cheap, poorly written, and childish, next to The Mentalist.

    This is great casting. Anything Nick Chinlund does is great — hopefully they will keep him around for more than one episode :D
