Former 'Late Show' intern says David Letterman was 'a good boss'

Letterman, Leno, O’Brien and whatever all these late night “hosts” are called basically cater to uneducated morons’ sense of humor (if you can call anything they do or say funny) so they can nod off to the familiar voice of a TV nanny.

Dave Allen was funny, Stephen Colbert, Jon Stewart, Ann Coulter and Bill Maher are actually funny. America, get a sense of humor (at least the part that watches the Letterman-category idiots).

Other than that, what’s the big dear? Interns are hired for their boss’ ease and pleasure, so Letterman was just doing what most employers in corporate America do. Besides, I’m sure he gave excellent letters of reference to the women he screwed, so for them it was worth it to “be open” towards their boss. Apart from the sex (it seems women find Letterman attractive, at least the CNN anchorwomen do – and, who knows, perhaps he has excellent extracurricular skills), they got great jobs afterwards based on his references.

A lot of big careers in corporate America are founded on looks and having sex with the right people at work. Don’t act naive and outraged everyone.

I hate reading comments because so few of them aren’t hurtful or stupid. Letterman is not my favorite comedian but if he is yours, that’s great.
