I get that there’s no easy way to lay someone off, but, come on, this is ridiculous: A male series regular on a one-hour drama Read the full post.

  • Tim!

Please let it be Horatio Caine!!!

    • D

      I second, triple, fourth that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • Elly

        Ditto!

    • Brody

That would be too good to be true.

  • Jan

    Masi Oka.

  • Nat

That is brutal. It’s like that episode of Friends when Joey finds out he’s killed on Days of Our Lives by falling down an elevator shaft.

    • Josie

      hahahaha!

    • Lisa

That’s the first thing that came to my mind too!

  • John

Jack Coleman on Heroes. Without HRG that show will seriously have no reason to be watched.

    • John

“Popular and well-respected” makes me think Coleman before either of the others.

    • Paige

I was thinking the same thing after Ausiello ruled out Grey’s.

    • Meg

I’m gonna go with HRG as well, especially after I found this article immediately after reading tweets from Heroes’ makeup artist saying “it’s an all day HRG affair.”

He’s been doing this whole thing of “I have done nothing with my life besides lie to the people I love and bag and tag” this season already…have a huge flashback of his life before he dies?

Yeah, I’m gonna bank on it being HRG.

  • Bob

Has to be Heroes. “Onetime ratings powerhouse” and a leading man, I’m going with that.

Did we ever find out about the last blind item with the hate/love thing?

    • Krista

      no..Ausiello never told us!! grrr!!

  • Clarknt67

Not many clues but “the lack of communication coming from the front office” sounds like standard operating procedure from Shondra Rhimes at Grey’s.

    • Krista

it can’t be Grey’s..Ausiello even said that it wasn’t Grey’s in his hints!!!

    • Bob

      he said “not greys”

      • Clarknt67

oh, duh, I skipped over that, good thing he put the disclaimer.

  • Brittany

Not sure why, but my inital reaction was Desperate Housewives.

  • Joe Hummrich

I love how everyone assumes it’s Heroes. Since when have the producers and the actors had a falling out?? They’ve had the same crew of actors since the beginning and I’ve never heard of that. If it is in fact Heroes and does end up being Sendhil, then this story is bull shit since he’s read through Episode 11 already. Can’t wait to hear how this plays out.

  • couchgrouch

    Jay Leno.

  • Ellen

    David Caruso

  • Pete

Maybe it’s the Dawson’s Creek guy on Fringe. He has never made sense on that show.

    • Krista

no the show hasn’t been around long enough for it to be considered a one times rating powerhouse unless the ratings dramatically went down from its premiere

    • Fatima

If he doesn’t make sense to you, then you’re not watching the show.

  • noctemcyn

    It’s Charlie from Fringe.

    • Dave

uh, no … Kirk Acevedo found out over the summer that he was being let go … plastered it all over his facebook

      • gerritv

It’s hoe he was told that’s important. Michael’s description is exactly as Kirk described he found out.

They did the same with Mark Valley.

  • Rachel

I bet its Adrian Pasdar on Heroes. Its a shame because he is one of the shows great actors and Nathan was a great character. Heroes is a mess and its a blessing if he did get let go. I rather watch him ob a better show

  • couchgrouch

geez, guess my leno joke was already used. kinda makes me like leno. :(

  • DV Harris

Jonathan Togo (Ryan Wolfe) from CSI:Miami

    • Pennagirl

I think its Adam Rodriguez (Delko)…he’s leaving the show anyhow. So TPTB are killing off the character; so he can’t come back for visits. Like Speedle…(yeah I know he CAME back from the dead).

      • Brody

I thought Rodriguez had interviewed that Delko’s exit wouldn’t involve him being killed off. My guess: He and Calleigh get serious, so he leaves for a different shift or a different job altogether… Or something ridiculous and unbelievable happens involving his (completely ridiculously) recently discovered Russian mobster dad.
