'Heroes' spoiler alert: The rumors are true

I wasn’t planning to reveal this until after his swan song aired, but outside forces have, um, forced my hand. Read the full post.

    No surprise at all.

Poor Heroes. I just cannot care about you anymore.

At least Flash Forward has been bearable… if a bit dull.

Someone should put the entire Heroes team out of their misery.

  • findingmyway26

The is seriously pissing me off.

  • Sally

Kristin broke the news first. She beat you to it by over an hour. Serves you right for torturing us with your blind items.

    • Eric

I was wondering what the hell he meant by someone forcing his hand to reveal this.

    • Nicolars

I kind of feel sorry for you for reading Kristin, her Chicken Lady squawking hurts my eyes.

  • Heather

Knew it. But was expecting someone even more surprising. And maybe Adrian Pasdar can do something greater.

  • Ashleigh

Well, the show has been cancelled anyway. This is it’s last season.

    • Danielle

While it hasn’t been getting great ratings, it has not been announced yet if this is the last season or not. There has been nothing saying it has been canceled so far.

  • Mary

That sucks. Heroes is so bad at getting rid of good characters and keeping bad ones. WTF with keeping Mohinder and Matt around, but killing off people like Danko last year and now Nathan :-(

  • Eric

I can not come close to watching this show anymore, but Nathan was always one of the few characters I liked. He was one of the few characters who felt like a morally complicated person, as opposed to all-good or all-evil characters like Claire, Peter, Hiro, Linderman, or Papa Parkman. They couldn’t have killed any of the infinitely more annoying characters like Peter, Hiro, or Mohinder?

i was close… i had the wrong brother

Where’s the link to Finke, Ausiello? Let’s talk about the real dealio here–how in the world did she type that Tim Kring was a victim of the strike when he himself is the reason this show has been DOA since the awful finale of season 1? When are they going to put a nail in this one?

  • Lamar

A pretty shabby way to treat someone, I think. Even worse because, in the past few weeks, it has become apparent that the writers have actually figured out how they should have been telling stories on this show all along. I think it may be too little too late, though, as the bad feelings from this sort of behavior and the two, two and half seasons of floundering — three if you count the first, which really wasn’t that good — may be enough to sink the show.

  • LostinDharma

I am not shocked since Sylar has been taking over his body again but come on, that is not even remotely right to do that and Nathan is my second favorite character, Peter is the first and Noah is the third. I think this will make the future even more dimmer for this show. I own all 3 current seasons to have but I think they should pull the plug before they can canceled on. Knowing in advance would prepare them for a better FINALE. But again, Adrian Pasdar deserved so much more respect than reading it in a script, that is just low and cruel. Heroes had a good run 2006-2009, I will miss watching the once great show.

I don’t get it – how can a character that is already dead have another “death scene”???

I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a publicity stunt using deliberate misinformation.

    • lani

      THIS.

Is he going to have another “swan song” after already dying (for lack of a more appropriate shape changing term) for the fourth time?

  • Chif

Uhmmm people, i find this as no suprise at all. If you hadn’t accepted that Nathan was a goner from last season finale then then well………. Not that i’m happy about it. Parkman or Mohinder would’ve been better i think.

  • Harry Peters

Wow, people still watch this crap?
