I like this show alot and hate to see it cancelled. Really want to see Charlie and Amita get married and I think Don should go back with Liz. Would love to see Megan and Larry come back. And what is this talk of David & Colby getting together, please, they need to have them find nice girls and close the show that way.

    • ERICA

Clearly Colby and David are secretly in love with each other. Can’t you see the tension. Maybe that is why Larry is depressed all the time – he wants in

    • Maria

i would love to where the david and colby getting together talk came from as well. the first time i read the post i went “huh???”

    • David

Are you CRAZY? This show has gone on far too long with out any one being gay.It should have been removed from the airways years ago when it became obvious no one was going to be gay.How DARE they?

  • JJ

They need to show Amita go back to her one episode role on “Flashforward” and make out with that FBI chick agian. Amita + another chick = Math anyone can enjoy.

Personally, I’d like to see the following:

Larry in the first few seasons before ‘going to space’ was quite interesting, and a wonderful character, and since then, Megan has moved on and whatever and it’s just been droll and depressing, even tho I love the character, and I love his crisis. Him and Don both are having the same crisis tho, and Larry wasn’t really going anywhere with his, it felt, so to bring Megan back and have him and her be happy together would be nice.

For Don, I’d like him and his lawyer g/f to get married. I really enjoyed his arc of finding religion and just being grounded. Also, perhaps a promotion or a final realization of what Don wants to truly do with his life. The idea of him maybe quiting the FBI would be an AMAZING thread, as it would switch the show up some, in case (here’s hoping) it’d get another season.

The sharpshooter/sniper/tracker guy (Lou Diamond Phillips) to come back and the new FBI chick this season that I don’t care for, (thankfully they’ve had Liz on the past few eps) should get together,

David gets his own team with Colby on it perhaps? Colby has been rather underdeveloped, besides being a good friend to David… I dare say it, but… Colby dies? Hard to say cos I LOVE Colby and the actor playing him but really, I don’t see anything for him except that they give him a g/f but… I don’t know. He’s always been about the team and to see him die in line of fire ‘for the team’ would be heartbreaking and gripping drama.

Charlie and Amittia(sp?) married, duh. Also, Charlie perhaps, giving the option to pass the buck to his nemesis/now-friend Colin Hanks, who has been one of my favorite guest stars besides Lou Diamond Phillips, as the FBI-math guy, perhaps, focusing on his college stuff, and helping Don with whatever new path he chooses…

And Alan, well… not sure about Alan either.

either way at the end of the episode, all of the cast members, drinking a beer, and maybe playing chess or something somewhat brainy and philosphical? That’d be nice.

First and foremost, I don’t want the show to end. (I’ll be down to watching 3 shows a week if it goes away.)

Don: Leaves the FBI and decides to study to be a Rabbi and commits to Robin (said he didn’t see himself as an FBI lifer).
Charlie and Amita: Marriage of course. Move to the east coast to teach at MIT – leaving Alan the house.
    David: Takes over the team.
Colby: ???? – haven’t come up with anything for him yet other than NOT working for David – they’re too good of friends for it to work.
Alan: Millie makes a return appearance and they reunite.

    • American Ninja

David and Colby can get married and live in a nice house.

Amita’s vision is restored and dumps Charlie, leaving with Don.

Alan purchases the local taxi empire, hilarity ensues

Larry is recaptured by Aliens where he reunites with Duane Barry from X-files and neither are heard from again.

      • timotey

Thumbs up for your David and Colby idea ;)

  • Nitro

sorry guys for the doublepost :(

  • American Ninja

Larry was awful the entire series and became unbearble to watch this sesaon – I seriously wanted him to go back to space where he could stay for all time.

  • ckcgye

Charlie and Amita get married. Larry and Megan get together, and bring back Millie for Alan.
Don needs a rest, not a relationship … have him take a sabbatical and put David in charge of the team which includes Colby, but not as a couple.

  • Ally

    Don + Liz
    Larry + Megan
    Alan + Millie

    • American Ninja

Colby + David + Larry + Jordan Farmar

  • timotey

I would like to see Charlie marry Amita, Don quit the FBI and finally take his relationship with Robin somewhere, Larry get back together with Megan and David take over Don’s position as the boss. That’s all in the realm of possible.

The impossible? I would like to see David and Colby become a couple. Remember the dinner scene with Nikki? They are perfect for each other. Also, it would be quite an original in a CBS procedural and the audience’s reaction wouldn’t matter because it would be the last ep anyway :)

  • Ryan

I would like to see Megan come back and I think somebody should die. Either the dad or an agent on the team. Also I would love to see Don play that piano piece his mother wrote one more time. Whatever they do have a great ending scene with everybody all together. It can be happy or it can be emotional but the best scene in a Numb3rs episode are everybody together when the show ends

  • You-gotta B-kidden

Why is it CBS cans a show after the 5th season? They claim expenses, but the truth is more that they don’t want to pay royalites for syndication after the 100th episodes. SOAB. I like this show. I really enjoyed Kathy Najimi’s character who dated the Dad. There was all sorts of promise that was never explored.

    Curse you, CBS.

    • Justin

This is the show’s sixth season and is already syndicated on TNT.

  • ryry

I like Rob Morrow. I think he should do a darker series with HBO or showtime- he would be great!

  • American Ninja

It is revealed Larry and Jordan Farmar used to be a couple but broke up after he went to space. I mean come on, Megan would not look twice at the guy. This also explains Farmar’s poor playoff performances these past 2 seasons.

    • Norwegian Ninja

Jordan Farmar had to go back to the North Pole Elf workshop. WHAT?????????????????????????

  • Courtney Sloane

At least Numb3rs will get closure unlike my favorite CBS drama The UNIT. I’m still bitter about CBS’ decision to cancel it.
