shame shame RIP. If they really do not change their minds about tweeking the finale that is F**ked up. I mean they know they’ll make money from all us saps buying the Dvd anyways. Hell pleanty of shows just axe the show and put the eps on DVD, like Point Pleasant and Tru Calling. Still great eps and great shows. But give the fans an ending and I bet the sales will be better cuz its more like a mini series then….
As usual, anything with that anooying whiny hateful bad actress Molly Price has been canceled, as it should. Paul Gross was a hoot and the 2 other witches were fine but as usual Price sanked yet another show with her over-acting and annpying whining. Also, Matt Dallas was as convincing as a heterosexual boytoy as Agela Lansbury would have been in the same role. Whoever did the casting for this show, except for Gross, should be burned at the stake.
Do you mean Lindsay Price? If you’re going to disparage someone, at least call them by the correct name.
I liked the show too, but i’m secretly happy if that means Tess returns to Eureka. Shows like this cannot survive on a network. Then needed FX or maybe even USA

My wife and I are both incredibly disappointed by this. Although I don’t think the show had a shelf-life of more than a season or two before they ran out of story, I certainly expected more than this on one of the best written and most fun new shows of the season. Very disappointed. After Lost is done I’ll probably give up on network TV altogether as I’m tired of getting my heartbroken by network execs who won’t give good shows a chance.
I gave Eastwick a chance — mainly on the strength of Paul Gross; who, as it turns out, makes a better Mountie than he does a…whatever it is his character’s supposed. And Rebecca Romign, her choice of real-life romantic alliances notwithstanding (heck, it’s not like I’ve got a shot…). Still, after about three weeks, I found myself turning to Leno. And you know that’s desperate!
I hope they keep the show, so fans watch the show and tell friends so they have no choice but to air it, i will let all my friends know cause this is a great show. I like shows like this.
I am so said to see it get cancelled. This is a show that I have watched every episode of every week. Eastwick is one of the most amazing shows on TV and it’s ABC’s fault the ratings aren’t what they wanted. I heard about the show through Darren Criss’ twitter (he plays Josh on Eastwick), so ABC didn’t do enough to promote the show to get the ratings they want.
I watched the show and just couldn’t get into it personally…but I absolutely hate when a network axe’s a show like this. CBS did it with Moonlight, which also has/had a huge fan-base (AND won the People’s Choice Award). I may not like, or watch this show…but obviously many people do…what are the networks thinking????

Yes – lets cancel a really good show with light hearted humor so we can air ANOTHER reality show – because God knows we need more of those!
I’m not at all surprised it ended up being canceled. Nor am I upset about it. It may have a great cast and writing but somehow the pieces didn’t fit together. Plus how often do movies remade as network tv go over well? What makes the movies so great gets lost due to censors and having to stretch a two hr appeal into hour after hour.
Is it possible that another channel might pick it up the way “Southland” was?
This just plain sucks. What a fun, light show this was, yet intriguing at the same time – and I loved the cast! I’m just sick to death of newtworks canceling shows so soon, before they at least have a chance to find their footing. And they wonder why viewership of the major networks continues to plummet?! Someone out this show on USA, please – it would be a great fit!!
