Exclusive: Taylor Kitsch leaving 'Friday Night Lights'?

    As much as I love Riggins/Taylor, I think less of him in season 5 won’t be such a bad thing. I’ll miss this show when it’s gone. There’s nothing else like it on t.v. and I’m thrilled and proud we were able to get 5 seasons. I just hope we get to peek in on, or get a mention about how the “originals” during the final season.

    I am just glad he will be around for SOME of the fifth season. His star is on the rise and good for him! FNL is a great show and I am so glad we will see a fifth season. And glad to have Julie and Landry, back too. Hope all of the departed cast members come back during season five and they wrap the best show on TV up right! Thanks DirecTV and NBC for keeping FNL alive!

    I love Taylor Kitsch, and I think his portrayal of Tim RIggins is amazing…he is definitely a very imporatnt part of the show for me, but I knew his departure was coming, When I saw him in The Covenant(even though the film didnt do well) I saw the makings of a movie star, his role as Gambit in the Wolverine movie definitely sealed it in….he’s a movie star and its time he got to shine. Go Taylor Kitsch! But please dont let season 5 be the end of FNL, all the good shows seem to be ending!
