Why are DH fans so defensive? Every single season is proclaimed as THE BEST EVAH! and SO much better than last year, which says a whole lot about the cumulative quality of the show.

I still watch. I don’t know why, but I still watch. The last TKO episode of the show was season 3′s “Bang,” and nothing since then has even came close. The writers keep going over the same plots again and again and again… A plan is going to crash on Wisteria Lane and kill people… like the fire killed people last November… and the tornado the November before that… and the supermarket shootout the November before that. It’s so repetitive that it’s expected at this point. And didn’t the show just jump 5 years to freshen it up? And they’re running out of plots AGAIN?

Every once in a while, the show manages a good episode, but mostly, the writing is flat and the actors seem bored. This show has been running on fumes since season 3; I have no idea how it’s going to make it to season 9.

i hope they keep her on the show after this season like they did orson..i love her. They could kill of orson though! Please keep Karl and all the other men.

  • just sayin

Looks like she’s aged 20+ years since Sopranos.

Time to bring back Andrew, Bree’s son, and get rid of someone when the plane crashes into the neighborhood. Maybe, Orson.

I did not like the character in the beginning, but she has certainly grown on me. Especially when she helped Bree out on her bedroom situation. LOL

Da Matteo brings more suspense to her character, I think she has many hidden secrets, like maybe she’s a runaway mafiosa. I like her, she’s not sugar-sweetness like the others.

I’m just wondering how Lynette got pregnant after all that cancer chemo

This has obviously been a polarizing season for fans. I have greatly enjoyed it! Drea de Matteo is a fantastic addition. Her new partnership with Bree is inspired and gave Angie’s character a better purpose on the show. Katherine, or Dana Delaney, I should say, deserves an Emmy for her work. She’s not the same Katherine, but I’m glad she has a storyline. I still prefer Katherine to Susan. I cheered when she was given community service. I laughed when Katherine met the same fate. Karl and Bree have been fantastic together. I will say, however, that last week was the first time I ever disliked Carlos. The biggest thing that has bugged me about this season is the unexplained absences. Ana was supposed to be a regular character, yet she’s been MIA for over a month’s worth of episodes. Celia (the younger Solis)…The other Scavo twin…Not that I care for these characters. I just hate how they disappear. Great season thus far! ::)

I will never understand any positive claim about Dana Delaney or Katherine. I think she’s an awful actress, and a character that should be full of mystery and pain from her troubled life comes off as cartoonish and ridiculous. She was torturous to watch in season 4, horrifically boring in season 5 and she’s only entertaining now because watching her slowly lose her mind is amusing. I hope she dies in this season sometime- keep Angie instead, bury this terrible character. The show has never totally recovered since she joined, although this season is really good so far.

  • Rachel

i like her character. they should get rid of susan and keep angie

    • Denise

you’re so right, Rachel! I don’t like Susan either.. but I’d keep her if Angie could also stay.. :D

  • Joe

I never knew people hated Susan. She’s my favorite character. Well, I like them all, including Angie.

  • Jenny S

Im super glad she’s staying on. I like her.

  • Amanda

Relieved, I like her character :)

  • Denise

Glad to hear that! I love what she brings to the show & I wish she’d stay for more than one season! but I guess that’s jut too much to ask for…
