Now that Casey has finally hooked her wagon to Cappie on Greek, it’s time for her to — you guessed it — meet the parents!
Caroline in the City herself, Lea Thompson, has been cast as Cappie’s free-spirited mother, April, while Jim Abele (24) will play his non-conformist father, Tobias.
“Meeting his parents will have a big impact on Casey,” says a Greek insider, adding that the modern-day hippies will appear during the second half of the show’s upcoming 10-episode cycle (debuting Jan. 25).

Man I love Greek news <3. Lea Thompson seems like she could pull off being a Hippy though not to sure based on Jim Abele's looks, we'll see. I'm excited for this episode though! Hopefully the so called "Big Impact" on Casey will be a good one. It's going to be fun to see Cappie with his parents.

I saw Leah Thompson at the Spice Girls concert in Los Angeles like 12 years ago. That’s all.
Does this mean we’ll learn Cappie’s REAL name? I’ve always been curious about why he’s so embarrassed about it. Coming from an April and a Tobias, it’s going to have to be something totally crazy and Zappa-ish.
From the spoilers I’ve read, his parents seem to call him “Cap” so sadly, I think we will not be learning his name YET, probably in the series finale (I hope!) (which will, hopefully, be in a long time
