So excited. Elizabeth was AMAZING in that Modern Family episode, so you know she’s gonna bring it when she shoots 30 Rock.
Really jazzed about Julianne Moore too..

Though, at this point whoever they bring on is better than Salma Hayek was.

I’m also on the boat that wants Jack/Liz at the end of the show.

she’s bigger than tv–thats why she doesn’t have a show yet! as much as i, selfish tv viewer, would love to see banks every week in some hilarious form, she is made for movies! with that said–i’m so excited to see her in 30 rock! i must say, all of the women that have played jack’s galpals have been stellar. VIVA LA VIUDA NEGRA!

I agree, she is bigger than tv. But so is Alec Baldwin, a great show for her may not be so bad. I’m thrilled she will be on 30 Rock!

I’m sorry, can you stop putting Ausiello’s stories on the front page? I avoid his column in the magazine too. I like surprises. He does not.

Genius. I can’t wait for Julianne Moore this week! Woo hoo!!!

I’ve never understood the appeal of Elizabeth Banks. Sorry. She’s just meh.

Why is this the first time I am hearing of a multi-episode arc for Julianne Moore on 30 Rock!?! Awesome! I had no idea about this. One of my favorite actresses in one of my favorite TV shows, can’t wait!

Jack and Liz will give it a shot at some point before the series ends – it’s where the writers are headed I believe. Surely most 30 Rock fans can see that this carousel of love interests for both Jack and Liz serve to highlight the qualities that they do and don’t look for in a partner, the desirable qualities they will ultimately find in each other.

…And any excuse to have divine actors such as Hamm, Moore and now Banks guest on the show :)

I’m more excited about Julianne Moore. But I doubt Elizabeth Banks is really dying to get a TV show, she seems quite content to star in movies.

Moore – Is there no one on tv who can do a convincing Boston accent?

I would love Jack and Liz to wind up together…at the end! But in no way a mushy sense. At least have them eventually discover the only people who truly understand them is each other. Come on, the chemistry between them in the Christmas episode was so obvious.

But I think the chemistry and lack of a romantic relationship is the joke, Tina Fey loves ironic ending jokes. There’s no way she’ll right in the now expected Jack & Liz ending. The show will probably end with Jack insulting her, and then messing up her hair. It’s very much like Elaine and Jerry.
