Boo, Mike. We all already know Dexter and the Ice Truck Killer were brothers.

    • rednihilist

Yeah, *we* do, but Deb sure as hell doesn’t. And this is hinting that she might just start digging a little deeper into the Moser(sp?) family history. Yikes.

      • biney

hinting? there’ve been several episodes showing Deb digging into this, so not surprising she is getting closer to the truth – great drama

      • Rob

Um… She hasn’t been digging into the Mosers at all, she’s been digging into her fathers past. Get it right. This is totally different. It’s been hinting that she might get close to the truth, but this is saying, yup it’ll happen tonight.

  • Cameron

    I can’t wait.

  • Chris

They have been teasing this twist all season… I hope it gives a good payoff.

    • Cole9219

That wasn’t the twist. Just wait for it. It will hit you big time! AHHHHHHHHH! It scared the sh*t out of me!!

  • rednihilist

    Ruh-roh.

  • riio

thanks saw all 3 sneak peeks yesterday

  • David

Holy Cow! If she figures out about Dexter’s mother and Brian, how long till she pegs him as the Bay Harbor Butcher?

    • Andi

In season two, it was pinned on Doakes.

  • CJ

this show has turned into a soap opera :( Bring back Seasons 1 and 2!

    • Kevin

You’re nuts…season 4 has been the best season yet (I’ll admit that season 3 was a little weak).

      • biney

Agreed that season 3 was the weakest – I love Jimmy Smits but they did not give him a great script or great direction and he came off as a stereotypical latino hothead when he as was a deputy DA.
Season 4 has been fantastic but I still don’t think anything will beat Season 1 or 2.

    • matt

Are you serious? Season 2 was good, but how was it any less soap-operaish than this season

  • Daya

I’ve had a suspicion from the moment Deb started digging that Dexter’s cover would fall apart. I just keep forgetting because I’ve been so busy trying to figure out what Harry’s big scene is…

  • Roy

In the books she knows dexter is a killer

    • Brooke

But they rarely talk about it, which has left me disappointed. Lots of missed opportunities for some great drama. I think the TV show could do some awesome things with her finding out, if they went in that direction.

    • djc

I’ve been hoping they would introduce that part of the plot for a while now. The acting skills of Jennifer Carpenter are not to be ignored and I think some well-written scenes of the inner struggle to keep a family members darkest secret will get her the attention she needs to get a FREAKIN’ EMMY!

      Love the girl.

I also think the scenes between Dexter and Deb would have so much more depth once Deb knows that they’re A. Blood related and B. Both psychotic ;-)

      • Dave

djc, Dex and Deb aren’t blood related. Didn’t Dex prove who his father was in an earlier season? So unless Laura Moser is Deb’s mom, they’re not blood related.

However, Michael Hall and Jennifer Carpenter are real-life husband and wife, so maybe your source is wrong?

      • christine

i think the comment refers to her finding out that dexter and the ice truck killer are related

  • Victor

    HOLY CRAP!!!!!!

  • R

YES!! Deb NEEDS to find out Dex’s secret in order to keep this show moving forward and to keep it exciting.

  • Lana Shor

    XDD CAN NOT WAITTT!

  • SindaCelva

Oh my God, it seems like it’s going to be an awesome finale! :) But then again, they have been teasing this for a while now, so they probably will drag it out way longer…

  • bob

so now that deb’s finding out stuff, shouldn’t rita wise up and realize that her husband is sneaking out all of the time? laaaaazy writing….

  • ere

Dexter doesnt really sneak out, he just pretends to be at work very late
