My only thing for Alcide is that he has to be good looking and fits the character or can play the character really well. I’m so looking foward to this season sounds so cool that they’re introducing new characters but hopefully not too many in one whole season.

Has anyone thought about Gille Marini? He’s big and muscular enough, easy on the eyes, could probably morph his French accent into more of a Cajun accent easily enough. Just a thought.

Scott Elrod is closest to the way I’ve envisioned Alcide in the books. Tom Welling might also be able to pull it off. (Based on Tom’s characterization of Clark Kent on Red-Kryptonite)

Henry Cavill wouldn’t be bad, but I think he’d really need to bulk up for the part. The books always refer to the Weres as being larger than average.

I’ve never heard of him, but after looking him up, I think he’s the best I’ve seen so far! 6′ 5″ sounds about right and muscles on muscles looks about right. Yep, he’s my new front-runner!
