Ausiello, the only one of the names you mentioned that I recognize is August Richards. But he is on Raising The Bar, so unless that show got cancelled, he probably wouldn’t have time to do CM’s spin-off.

Speaking of Angel alums, Charisma Carpenter could work as Gina.

Forrest Whitaker is fine as Cooper.

The British Forces guy, the only one I can think of is the guy who played on Primeval as Stephen (whom they killed off). He’s very attractive and would work well in a tough guy type of role as the British Forces guy sounds.

I don’t know who this Beau girl or Matt Ryan are, so that doesn’t help much as far as current casting goes. LOL.

And yet again no African-American Woman? Gabriel Union, Sanaa Lathan, Nia Long, Debbie Morgan, brit Marsha Thomason, heck, the wonderful Gina Torres even had a part as a detective in one episode. C’mon!

    Cooper- Forest Whitaker
    Gina- Beau Garrett
    Mick- Matt Ryan
    Prophet- Michael Kelly

These are the people who will play the parts. The spinoff will start as an episode of Criminal Minds where the team we know and love has to work with the new team.

K look no matter what you do the spin-offs from cbs will keep coming.just dont watch them and watch more of the originals.if they dont get attention they will eventually fall under.

  • NOSPINOFF!

oh my god! another one?!? Look at what you got. you have good characters on criminal minds everyone loves so dont change. And if ya got no choice use the old characters i mean a brit,ex-con,and some people ive seen 200 times and already i forget them.Sounds like a soap! No Spin-off use the stuff you have!

I like Kiko Ellsworth for Prophet. He guested on the NCIS episode ‘Pop Life’ a few years ago.

Well one thing is for sure V is not getting canceled found that out this morning Flash Forward got the axe.. and why not keep the actors that did the spinoff within criminal minds the actual pilot for the spinoff what did yall not like about them they hit it off with the other bau team??? I agree add some more later but start with them……

  • Alesha

im a big fan off criminal minds and i been told that when a show is on death row(right before its discontinued) it gets a spin-off to make it more popular. it dosnt work and leaves it worse.watch the (awesome) original!

I’m PRETTY sure “Criminal Minds 2″ already has a cast…a couple episodes ago on the original CM there were “new” characters that included Forest Whitaker, Matt Ryan and Beau Garrett. So adding new people to play on CM2 would totally ruin the whole thing.

  • Alesha

yes they do have a cast already *coughnotasgoodastheoriginalcough* and it will be from the episode with the 2nd BAU team in it
