    This is great news. The show looks great and it is nice to know that it won’t be yanked away from us after one season. I can’t wait to see Lucy Lawless back on my TV screen!

    I say that movies should be comedies/Less Dramas.Even tv shows. Like the Facts of Life should be done better.The Adventures of sinbad.Brady Bunch.Saved by the Bell.Dancing with the stars.No More of the Real world on the new/Improved MTV.Also New people on Sandblast.No more singled out.Family feud with better families.10 celebrites Lookalikes on family feud like the Janet Jackson lookalike.Also the Aretha Franklin lookalike.

    I saw the trailer it looks GOD AWFUL! Glad I don’t have Starz. Definitely blood and gore for blood and gore’s sake. But what do I know, I walked out of Gladiator 20 minutes into it.

      Well…if you walked out of GLADIATOR 20 minutes into it because THAT was too gory for you, then yeah…this probably isn’t your show.

      However you’re not accurate in saying that it’s “blood and gore for blood and gore’s sake.” The show is plot driven and character driven. There isn’t extra gore for the sake of it, the gore that IS there is because the plot (and the times) call for it. We humans are a violent race. If you do a piece of historical fiction, then you’re being inaccurate if you leave out the blood and gore.

      The same goes for the sex. And to answer the other comments, yeah…there’s full on gay sex and bi-sexuality…with the same amount of exposure (uncensored) as the straight sex. And the men are actually naked more than the women. A lot more.

      Women and gay men should LOVE this show.

    “The Audience roars for blood, and they shall have it”… yep saw the trailer, gory goodness, hard bods, orgies, i’m there. the trailers featured female bisexuality, i wonder if there will be male bisexuality too as it is spartacus. lol lol lol

    So just watched the first episode, nothing but sex and violence. I some graphic stuff for starz, BOTH the sex and violence
