    First of all that guy is not fugly! I’m pretty sure he is much better looking than any of you. Secondly, i bet my ass that he is a great lay. Thirdly, i’m not a fan of Whedon. Never watched one episode of Buffy or Firefly, but i LOVE Dollhouse. Most thought provoking show on TV. Great sci-fi!
    Too bad Fox had no idea what to do with it.

      Why are white men upset that Eliza’s dating a black dude? She’s part Lebanese and that makes her a minority in this country. Even if she was white, she has the right to date anyone she wants to! :-P

    Really, who gives a crap about his looks, age, and colour as long as he makes Eliza happy?

    Jeez, you don’t think if she wasn’t going out with him you’d have a chance do you?

    I do agree with the comments about the terrible concept and sloppy contrived writing. Not quite as bad as a Spelling show though, mainly because the cast are so much better.

    It’s so wonderful to live in a worls where you can pick who you want to date and fall in love with. Afterall, it is a persons’ own business who we date and who we are attracted to. If it works for you, then it works for you. I think Rick and Eliza make wonderful couple. Looks like they are liking each other a lot. Blessings to being with someone that you like and they like you back.

      I agree w/ myhappyness1. Rick and Eliza are both attractive (and successful) enough to have MANY options. The article clearly states they’ve known each other for 10 years so they know what they are getting into.

      I don’t think we would have as many people commenting on the age difference if she were dating Brad Pitt (who is about 15 years her senior).

      Shocking? Why? Conservative Mary Matalin and Liberal James Carville’s marriage is shocking… and a beautiful thing all at the same time.
