    I’ve been rooting for Betty and Daniel since episode 1!!!! I’m so glad we might have the chance to actually see it happen.

    Gonna throw my hat into it here, why do they keep having Betty leave men who adore her? That said, I don’t think I could accept a Daniel/Betty relationship. They have always had the big brother/little sister dynamic down. If this is the end,

        I agree. I’m team Gio too.
        But I really hate the idea of Betty and Daniel together. Their relationship has been so platonic that to force a romance between the 2 of them this late in the game would seem contrived. There was never a sense of attraction by either and they really do seem like brother and sister.

    Although it would be great to end up with Daniel, it also perpetuates the stereotype that in order to get ahead, a girl must sleep with the boss. It also reinforces the notion that a man and a woman can not be friends as it eventually leads to sex. Hopefully the producers and writers are more evolved than that.

      Why couldn’t it be that a man and a woman can be friends first, eventually realize they care about each other than just friends and explore a possible relationship? Do you date total strangers or do you try to date people you know? Personally, i prefer to date people I know.. but that’s probably just me.

        Totally agree,relationships that go beyond the physical have so much more chance of lasting.The friendship gives them that.And it can be something more.And for those people who think its like brother and sister.Even Silvio Horta back tracked on his comments.Isn’t it about time you all followed suit.

    If Betty ends up with Daniel…. hopefully she’ll get a makeover first, and they won’t do it until the series is almost over. I agree with Catherine that they would be seriously jumping the shark if that happened anytime soon.

      She SHOULD NOT have a makeover. For once can’t an plain looking woman get an attractive man? Jeeze Louise, plain/ugly looking men are allowed to get hot women all the time. It’s portrayed in entertainment and in real life, but a plain looking woman get a hot man? OH NO!!! How can that be, she’s overweight (pig), she’s unattractive (put contacts and makeup on that puss), why would any man want her? I’m so tired of the the double standard shit.

      Betty & Daniel should hook up just as they are. Betty is a beautiful person, no matter what the outside, it just shouldn’t matter.

    I really hope she doesn’t end up with Henry. I’d be happy if she ended up with Gio, Matt, OR Daniel. I’ve also seen this coming since day one. And I hope it doesn’t get canceled!

    They have good chemistry 2gether and it’d be nice to think they’d bring out the best in each other. lol Yet, that’d be boring. Gia is Betty’s man. Henry’s got a baby to be looking after, not that u could tell. lol

    don’t do it! that would be a complete jumping the shark event extravaganza! there chemistry is excellent, but its so clear that it isn’t a sexual chemistry. betty and daniel are just two deeply devoted FRIENDS. can’t a tv series just leave friends as friends? not every male/female friendship has to end in romance. have we not learned from gizzie, people?

    Yeah, that’s the original concept … i mean it happenned in all of the previous versionns, but his version is so much better than those…
    …and this Matty-Betty thing is so perfect/wonderful… it would be shame to ruin it… :P
