I saw a preview scene with LG and the girl who plays her daughter, and it was awesome, and funny! She didn’t twirl her hair once! I think it will be great, but, can it live up to Modern Family? That is the question!

Love Lauren! Hope the show is as good as I expected and stay on air as long as it should be :) (not a big fan of NBC)

I’m looking forward to this show. It’s on NBC? I can’t believe. They are such idiots.

I for one love both MT & LG. I was excited to see MT in Parenthood when all the buzz started regarding the show. However, MT was diagnosed & publicly stepped forward to clarify the situation regarding her condition–which is a rarity in Hollywood. I give her a lot of credit & have always admired her work as an actress. MT bowed out of the role to focus on her treatment & regain her health. The part was going to recast, and LG was an excellent choice. Maybe it will prove to be fortunate turn of events all around for everyone involved. I’m very excited to see Lauren back on TV again, and I wish Maura all the best & a speedy return to acting!!

I knew Lauren Graham was doing “Parenthood” but I was kind of disappointed. We’re never getting a Gilmore movie, are we? A.S-P. and D.P. should hurry.

Gilmore Girls is arguably still the best show TV has put out in the 21st century. It was that good. Get the box set if you don’t believe me. Ironically WB could put that quality show out. Not sure ABC can even come remotely close to capturing even a sliver of Gilmore magic (both had parenting as a theme) but we shall see.

Err or NBC. Same reasoning. Gilmore Girls the creator and director had a lot of control over the first 5 years at least. NBC/ABC is way too corporate (not that WB isn’t but they could take more risks) to get it right. Hope I am wrong though. Looks like it will be better than average big network TV but that leaves it a LONG way to go to even come close to Gilmore.

BTW I heard Alexis was the hold up with a movie and has been for years. Think she would be more grateful.

Most people on these sitcoms dress like Anita Sandora. I think Anita should watch ABC Family more often.
