'House' exclusive: Oscar nominee David Strathairn checks in

    I like David Strathairn, but last time I checked, no one gave out Oscars for TV.

      It might just possibly be that he doesn’t choose all his projects based solely on Oscar potential.

      The article meant that Strathairn’s been nominated for an Oscar before.

      They mean that that they are getting buzz by hiring an Oscar-nominated actor. Strathairn was fantastic in Good Night, and Good Luck, so it will be cool to see him be on House.

    Be still my beating heart! I am besotted by both of these men, so I await in great anticipation for this episode! Oh, who am I kidding? They can BOTH put their shoes under my bed anytime!!!!

    I can’t wait to see these two act opposite each other and love that Strathairn to H Laurie’s request. What a way to make a directorial debut on House.
