Uncle June’s back!
Beloved Sopranos curmudgeon Dominic Chianese has landed a multi-episode arc on Damages, sources confirm to me exclusively.
Chianese will play a shady associate of the Tobin family, the clan at the center of Patty’s new case. He’ll first appear in the sixth episode of the third season, which premieres Jan. 25.
In other Damages casting news, Craig Bierko (Boston Legal) has been tapped to play Terry Brooke, a character with ties to Frobisher (Ted Danson). He’ll also appear in multiple episodes.
Chianese and Bierko join an impressive season 3 ensemble that also includes new regulars Campbell Scott, Martin Short, and Lily Tomlin.

I am already psyched up for this season. I won’t have expectations about major plot twists but I am more stoked knowing Lily Tomlin, Campbell Scott, etc are all going to be there to spar with Patty Hewes. Will they use the same theme song from The VLA?
Do we know yet is the show will be coming back again, or if this will be the last season? Wasn’t there talk about that a while back?

Best Cast on TV by Far- and they actually have people over the Age of 40!! Both men and Woman!!
Can’t wait to see the new season. I’m excited for Cambell Scott- he’s a great actor, he hasn’t done much the past few years- should be iteresting to see what kind of character he will play.

I’m probably out of the loop, but I’m just happy to hear that Frobisher will play some role in season 3. Ted Danson is ridiculously good on this show.
