As long as it stays dreams im cool with it but I wouldnt want Sam and Bill to do anything strictly because I think theres no way in hell that would actually happen. Imean Sam is pretty freakin straight, even if hes having weird dreams from the blood I think he would just ignore it plus you can see hes still in love with sookie at least a bit cause he gets bad when he hears about her engagement plus bill loves sookie to besides that weird love makin with his maker on the last episode I dont think he woud ever cheat on her.
