    I always liked the Buffy-Spike dynamic better than the Buffy-Angel dynamic. James played Spike so snarky that it always made me smile. I just think it’s crazy that James was like 42 years old when Buffy wrapped. He seemed much younger then, but maybe it was the bleached blonde hair.

    I will watch this show for the first time just for him! Loved him on Angel and Torchwood!

    i’ve never really watched BSG or Star Trek or any of those shows, but if James is on it i’m IN!!! gah, i love this man!

    How exactly is this a “first look” at anything? OMG a picture and a sentence!1! wtf? What does that show or tell us about the episode? Not to mention, this show kinda sucks, half of the actors are horrible actors. I doubt James can improve it much, considering he’s not a main character and the total number of “important” characters is like, a lot.

    I agree!! James Marsters is excellent in everything–Torchwood, Moonshot, and even Northern Exposure–but Jane Espenson should be able to create a role for him that’s as riveting as Buffy and Angel’s Spike. Ok–maybe nothing could ever be that good, but if it’s even half as good, I’ll be a faithful viewer.

    Love James. Hate Caprica. It’s sooo boring. Really more like a “Godfather” program than a sci-fi flick. Still, have to watch it for James’ character. He’s so edgy. And incredibly handsome.
